01 // Fulfillment

Shipping

Configured devices and hand-finished enclosures are built to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for assembly, finishing, testing, and packing before shipment. Tracking is emailed after a label is created.

TraceFinish currently ships within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is accepted by USPS and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

02 // Returns

Returns And Order Issues

If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not work as expected, contact support within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference and a brief description of the issue so the build can be reviewed quickly.

Returns must be approved before mailing anything back. Returned hardware should include the original components and packaging when possible. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper power is not covered.

Hand-painted finishes vary slightly from device to device. Those small variations are part of the finish process and make each TraceFinish build unique.

03 // Privacy

Privacy

TraceFinish collects the information needed to process orders, ship hardware, provide customer support, and send order updates. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by TraceFinish.

Customer information is not sold. Order and support information may be retained when reasonably needed for fulfillment, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and customer service.

Responsible Use

TraceFinish hardware is sold for authorized research, education, development, defensive testing, and use on systems or networks you own or have explicit permission to assess. Customers are responsible for understanding and following the laws and rules that apply to their use.

Firmware capabilities vary by selected build and may include third-party open-source software. TraceFinish prepares and tests supported configurations but is not affiliated with third-party firmware projects unless explicitly stated.
